“Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.”  Albert Einstein.

This pretty much sums up what I believe. If you want your life to change, you have to do something differently.  I am a catalyst for change. Through workshops, courses, talks, private healing sessions/readings, consultations and life coaching, I can provide some tools you can use to change your life. I cannot change your life – only you can!

Your life can only change when you are really ready to do the work. This means looking at your entire life, re-evaluating everything you know to be true and being willing to let go of that which no longer serves you.

Motivational Speaker, Hilda de la Rosa’s most-used questions:

What would love do?

Who does it serve?

“I know this sounds really simple, however, give it a try – it is really difficult!” says Hilda.

I have no need for anyone to learn anything from me, or that anyone accept anything I say as truth. In my experience, truth is a matter of perspective, and what I experience as truth today, may very well change in the near future. My experience has lead me to understand that the more I learn about life, love and everything else, the less I really know or understand.

If you find something here that resonates with you, embrace it and use it to make a difference in your own life.

If I do not listen – who will hear me?
If I do not give – who will provide for me?
If I do not cry – who will know that I am hurting?
If I do not laugh – who will know that I’m happy?
If I do not ask – who will give?
If I do not question – who will provide answers?
If I have no passion – who will know that I care?
If I am not friendly – who will be my friend?
If I am not reliable – who will rely on me?
If I have no respect – who will value my opinion?
If I have no moral code – who will value my judgement?
If I do not love – who will love me?
