It does not interest me how good you are at yoga. I want to know if you still gender bash and tell mean gender jokes.
It does not interest me how many courses you’ve been on. I want to know if you take care of your elderly parents.
It does not interest me how many mantras you can chant. I want to know how peaceful your home is.
It does not interest me how much you reside in the 5th dimension. I want to know if you defend your friends behind their backs.
It does not interest me how often you tell someone to stay in the moment. I want to know if you are really listening to your son, wife or mother tell you the same story – again.
It does not interest me how much incense you burn. I want to know if you can stay calm in the face of great anger.
It does not interest me how many retreats you’ve been on. I want to know if you can set your boundaries with kindness and compassion.
It does not interest me how many past life regressions you have done. I want to know if you speak about your ex respectfully.
It does not interest me how many sacred places you’ve travelled to. I want to know if you can recognise you own negative behaviour patterns and consciously work on those – all the time.
It does not interest me if you can raise the Kundalini. I want to know if you can give without any need or recognition.
It does not interest me if you vibrate at a higher level. I want to know when last you lost your temper.
